Fixed more bugs related to data processing

Polished figures, added metrics, fixed data processing bugs...

Also added a zoomed figure to better see the differences between schedulers.

Do note that some points for malphite/poppy are missing, ~50% are stilling running as of writing. It should only change confidence intervals and add missing points.
